What do you use to make your projects?

I use epoxy resin in silicone molds, and add in glitters, alcohol inks, mica powders, and more!

How long does a project take from start to finish?

The working time of a project takes about 30-45 minutes to prep and pour. It then cures for 24 hours before being demoulded, and an additional 36 hours before being packaged and shipped.

How long do you let products cure before shipping?

Products cure for at least 48 hours before being packaged and shipped. If it's being made with UV resin, it cures until the resin is completely hard.

Can I follow you on social media?

How do you deal with microbubbles?

Microbubbles are a natural result of the chemical reaction between the resin and hardener. To minimize them, I heat the resin and hardener before mixing, and use a heat gun to pop them as well as sand the projects gently before they are packaged. Some microbubbles are impossible to get out, however, they just contribute to the uniqueness of each piece!

Are your products made to order?

Our shop is currently both made to order and premade with our items, but we are gradually moving to be more made to order to minimize wasted resin.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, I do! To request one, follow the instructions on the product page. Please keep in mind that not all special orders can be made, can take up to two weeks to ship, and are final sale.

Can you make me a specific color of a listed product?

If it's just a color switch, in most circumstances that can be arranged! To request one, follow the instructions on the custom product page. Please keep in mind that special orders can take up to two weeks to ship and are final sale.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, however, international shipments are subject to additional shipping fees.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Sunflower Resin Co. is NOT responsible for damages and/or delays that may happen during package transportation and shipping, or for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address.

What is your return policy?

All purchases are FINAL SALE. If you believe your purchase may be defective, please send me a message and I'll do my best to make it right!
